Data Transfer
in the Warehouse Management System 
Use
With this release, you can exchange data with external systems via a defined interface using BAPIs in the Warehouse Management system. The new BAPIs allow you to communicate directly via a synchronous link with the SAP System.
If you are using a warehouse control unit or processing data that was transferred from the SAP System into another, external system, you can display the data directly from the SAP System using the following BAPIs. In this way, you can access and display details about transfer orders that were previously transferred using IDocs, for example.
The following BAPIs are available:
- BAPI_WHSE_STOCK_GET_LIST
This method provides you with key data regarding stock details for each material. You can plug this data into the BAPI_WHSE_STOCK_GET_DETAIL Business Application Programming Interface to read details about individual quants.
- BAPI_WHSE_STOCK_GET_DETAIL
This method gives you detailed stock data for each quant.
- BAPI_WHSE_TO_GET_LIST
This method gives you key data about transfer orders. You can plug this data into the BAPI_WHSE_TO_GET_DETAIL Business Application Programming Interface to read details about individual transfer orders or individual TO items.
- BAPI_WHSE_TO_GET_DETAIL
This method provides you with detailed header and item data for each transfer order.
