1. Define which bar code is supported in your warehouse to identify goods. In Customizing for Mobile Data Entry, choose Bar Code ® Assign Bar Code Types to Warehouse Numbers.
2. Maintain the structure of the bar code types in Customizing for Mobile Data Entry by choosing Bar Code ®Maintain Bar Code Specification.

1. Define a verification profile and the respective fields that are to be verified in Customizing for Mobile Data Entry by choosing Verification Control ® Define Profiles.
2. Determine for which warehouse, storage types and movement type your verification profile is valid. In Customizing for Mobile Data Entry, choose Verification Control ® Assign Verification Profiles to Goods Movement.
3. Define which bar code is to be used to verify the fields. In Customizing for Mobile Data Entry choose Bar Code®Assign Bar Code Types to Warehouse Numbers.
4. Maintain the structure of the bar code types in Customizing for Mobile Data Entry by choosing Bar Code®Maintain Bar Code Specification.
