Updating Planned Quantities 

Before accessing the statistics data, you must trigger the planned quantity update so that the planned quantities are also included in the goods receipt statistics. You should set the system so that it carries out this function in regular intervals as a background job. You define the interval according to which data should be updated in Customizing for repetitive manufacturing, in the General settings section.

To update planned quantities manually, proceed as follows:

  1. Starting from the repetitive manufacturing main menu, select, Evaluations ® LIS statistics ® GR statistics ® Update planned qties.

    2. A selection screen appears.

  2. Specify the plant and the production line, if necessary the planning ID, for which you want to update the planned quantities, and choose Execute.

The system updates the planned quantities in the background and issues an appropriate message when it has completed the transaction.
