Data Basis for the General Ledger Information System
The data basis for the G/L information system consists of G/L transaction figures, financial statement versions, and constants.
Constants are values which cannot be determined in Financial Accounting but are necessary for calculating certain key figures such as the sales per employee ratio. The value of a constant must first be set up in the General Ledger Implementation Guide.
You can create reports in the company code currency and in other parallel local currencies, such as the group, hard, index, or global company currency, if they are kept.
