Listing Report Writer Objects 

  1. On any Report Writer reporting screen, choose Utilities ® Catalog.
  2. The Report Writer: <Object> Catalog screen appears.

    If you want to display a list of defined reports, you choose Utilities ® Catalog. The Report Writer: Report Catalog screen appears.

  3. Enter data as required.
  4. The data you enter determines the objects that are selected for display.

  5. Choose Program ® Execute.

A list of objects meeting the criteria you entered on the previous screen appears.

From the report and report group catalog, you can change, display, delete, and execute the selected report(s) and report group(s) using the respective functions under the Goto menu option.

The report group catalog also provides statistics on the number of data selections made for each report group, together with the name of the user who last selected data for the report group.
