Executing a Report Group in the Background 

  1. From the Report Painter screen, choose Report Writer ® Report group ® Execute.

    2. The Execute Report Group: Initial Screen appears.

  2. Enter the name of the report group and choose Execute.

    3. The <Report Group Name>: Selection screen appears.

  3. Enter the report selection criteria as required.
  4. Choose Program ® Execute in background.

    5. The Background Print Parameters dialog box appears.

  5. Enter the printer name to which you want to send the report and other data as required (spool request, and so on).
  6. Choose Continue.

The background job is executed.
