Prerequisites
If you change a report definition and/or the sets used in the report, you do not have to change the report groups that contain the report. You must, however, regenerate the report group that contains the changed reports.
Procedure
The Change Report Group: Initial Screen appears.

You can display statistics on the number of data selections made for a particular report group. This allows you to determine which reports are often or seldom used in a productive system.
To display the selection statistics for a report group:
Choose Extras ® History.
The Report Group: History dialog box appears, displaying the revision history of the report group, as well as the name of the user who made the last data selection and the number of times that data has already been selected for the report group.
You can reset the data selection counter to zero by choosing Reset.

You can also display data selection statistics in the report output (Edit ® Selection log) and in the report group directory (Utilities ® Catalog).
