Defining Report Documentation 

  1. From any Create Report screen, choose Goto ® Documentation.

    2. The screen Change Report Documentation: <Report Description> Language <Language Code> appears.

  2. Enter the report documentation as desired.

    3. For more information about the use of the SAPscript editor for word processing, see the SAP Library under Basis Components ® Basis Services/Communication Interfaces (BC-SRV) ® SAPscript (BC-SRV-SCR).

  3. Choose Text ® Save.

You will now be able to display the report documentation when you output the report. The name under which the documentation is stored is also displayed.

The name of your report library is Z01, and your report name is Z-REPO. When you define report documentation, it is stored under the report name R_Z01_Z-REPO, where R is for report, Z01 is the library name, and Z-REP0 is the report name.
