The Export Variables screen appears.
– Indicator that determines if the variables are exported immediately (without selecting variables from a selection screen).
– Indicator that determines if the variables are exported with their dependent objects.

Beginning with Release 3.1G, CO groups (such as cost center groups, cost element groups, profit center groups, and so on) are no longer exported as dependent objects. For example, if you are exporting a set variable that uses a CO group as the default set, the CO group is not exported to the target system. If you want to export CO groups, you do so in a separate step using the set or hierarchy maintenance functions.
– Indicator that determines if the data is exported to the presentation server.
If you do not set this indicator, the variables are exported to the application server (default setting).
– Export file to which you want to export the variables.
If the file does not exist, the system creates it; if the file exists, the system overwrites the existing file.

For a UNIX operating system, the file name consists of a path and a name, such as /TEMP/EXPORT.
For a Windows operating system, the file name consists of a drive, path, and a name, such as C:\TEMP\EXPORT.
The variables are exported to the file you specified in the Export file field.
