Displaying Master Data 

Procedure

  1. Choose Accounting ® Financial accounting ® Spec. Purpose Ledger, then Environment ® Integr. master data ® Display.

    2. The Display Master Data: Initial Screen appears.

  2. Enter the following data:

    3. – Table name for the dimension values that you want to display.

    – Database field name to which the master data refers.

    – First master file value that you want to display.

    – Last value in the range of values that you want to display.

  3. Choose Enter.

    4. A dialog box appears.

  4. Enter the name of the local/global company that uses the master file values.

    5. If master file values are for all companies, leave this field blank.

  5. Choose Enter.

The Display Master Data: Basic Screen appears.
