In all components of the ABAP/4 Development Workbench, you can access this documentation from the ABAP/4 editor by selecting Utilities -> ABAP/4 help... . You then see a dialog box where you select 'ABAP/4 environment' and enter 'News'. To view the documentation, press Continue.
