Integ. System: Direct Data Transfers via Personnel Admin. 

Prerequisites

The applicant activity Transfer applicant data is required for direct date transfer. So that this activity is available in the SAP System, we recommend that you execute the applicant action Prepare hiring. If you carry out this applicant action, the Hiring date and Transfer applicant data applicant activities are automatically created (in the standard system).

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Master Data ® Personnel actions.

    2. The Applicant Actions screen appears.

  2. Select the action Hire and transfer data and choose .

    3. The Direct Data Transfer or Data Transfer via RFC screen appears.

  3. In the Applicant number field, enter the desired number.
  4. If necessary, select the Suppress dialog field.

    5. If this field is selected, transfer of applicant data to the individual fields in the info group is only displayed on screen if an error occurs.

  5. Choose Transfer.

    6. The Create Actions screen appears.

  6. Perform the action.

Result

The applicant data is transferred to Personnel Administration.
