Integ. System: Executing direct data transfers via Recruitment 

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Transfer applicant data ® Execute.

    2. The Direct Data Transfer screen appears.

    The Action field displays the value 60 for the applicant action Transfer Applicant Data.

  2. Enter data in other fields as required.

    3. The system proposes the value 2 in the Status (overall) field, allowing you to select all applicants whose overall status is To be hired.

  3. If necessary, select the Suppress dialog field.

    4. If this field is selected, transfer of applicant data to the individual fields in the info group is only displayed on screen if an error occurs.

  4. Choose .

    5. The Create Actions screen appears.

  5. Perform the action.

Result

The applicant data is transferred to Personnel Administration.
