Displaying an Applicant’s Applications 

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Master Data ® Display.

    2. The Display Applicant Master Data screen appears.

  2. In the Applicant number field, enter the desired number.
  3. Select the Applications infotype and choose .

The Display Applications screen appears.

If one or more applicants has applied to your company, you can display their applications, by choosing , or from the Display Applications (Infotype 4001) screen.

Result

The applications are displayed.
