Deleting an Applicant’s Vacancy Assignment 

Prerequisites

You have accidentally assigned an applicant to a vacancy for which he or she is not suitable, and you want to delete the assignment. You want to delete this assignment.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Master Data ® Maintain.

    2. The Maintain Applicant Master Data screen appears.

  2. In the Applicant number field, enter the desired number.
  3. Select the Vacancy Assignment infotype and choose .

    4. The Delete Vacancy Assignment screen appears.

  4. Choose .

Result

You have deleted the applicant’s vacancy assignment.
