Accessing the Enter Additional Data Action 

Prerequisites

You can access the Enter Additional Data action from a number of screens.

You call this action either from the entry screen of the Initial entry of basic data action directly, or from the List of applicants by action. This list can be created using the analysis report of the same name.

From the Initial Data Entry screen

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Master Data ® Initial entry.
  2. The Initial Entry of Basic Data screen appears.

  3. Enter data as required in the Initial Entry of Basic Data screen and choose Save + add. data.

The Enter Additional Data screen appears.

From the List of Applicants by Action

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Master Data ® Bulk processing ® Receipt of Application.
  2. The system displays the Applicants by Action screen.

  3. In the Personnel officer field, enter your ID, if applicable.
  4. Choose .
  5. The system displays the Applicants by Action screen.

  6. Select the desired applicant number in the list displayed, and choose Additional data.

The Enter Additional Data screen appears.

Result

You have accessed the applicant action Enter additional data.
