Editing Advertisements 

Prerequisites

To create advertisements, you must fulfill the following prerequisites:

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Advertisement ® Maintain.
  2. The Advertisements screen appears.

  3. Enter any relevant selection criteria and choose .
  4. The Maintain Advertisements screen appears.

  5. Perform one of the following functions:

    The following screen appears:

    Create a reference activity

     Advert

    Create Advertisement

    Change a reference activity

     Advert

    Change Advertisement

    Delete a reference activity

     Advert

    Delete Advertisement

  7. If you want to create or change an advertisement, enter the required data or changes.
  8. If you want the system to propose the next highest number not yet assigned in the Advertisement field, choose Advertisement ® Next free number.

  9. Specify all the vacancies to be published in the advertisement.
    1. Enter the data you want in the Instrument and Publication date fields.
    2. Choose Edit ® Insert vacancy.
    3. The Choose Vacancies screen appears.

    4. Select all the vacancies to be published in the advertisement and choose Transfer.
  10. Enter the advertisement text and save it.
    1. Enter an alphabetic or numeric address key of your choice for the text in the Text name field, and choose Maintain text.
    2. The Change Publication Text: <text name> Language EN screen appears.

    3. Enter the advertisement text, and save it.
    4. Choose Back.

    This takes you back to the original screen.

  11. Save your entries.
  12. If you want to delete an advertisement, choose from the Delete Advertisement screen.

This takes you back to the Maintain Advertisement screen.

Result

You have created, changed or deleted an advertisement.
