Creating a Vacancy in Recruitment 

Prerequisites

A position must exist for the vacancy you want to create.

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Vacancy ® Maintain.

    2. The Vacancies screen appears.

  2. Enter any relevant selection criteria and choose .

    3. The Maintain Vacancies screen appears.

  3. Choose .

    4. The Create Vacancy screen appears.

  4. Enter your data as required.

    5. The system calculates the staffing percentage from the percentage approved, the percentage reserved, and the staffing percentage.

  5. Choose .

Result

You have created the desired vacancy in the Recruitment component.
