Average of Appraisals
Use
You can use this function to determine the average appraisal result of several appraisals. Apart from the overall average, this function also displays the average calculated for each appraisal element. You can, for example, use this function to calculate the average of all the appraisals pertaining to a person or a business event.
It really only makes sense to calculate averages for appraisals if the appraisals in question were all created on the basis of the same appraisal model.
