Trading Data 

Use

On this tab page, you define the additional data for the transaction that enhances the entries made on the Structure tab page or shows the order entries for this transaction.

Structure

Contract data

  • Contact person

This can be the name of the person with whom the transaction was concluded. This person is not necessarily entered as the business partner in the system.

  • External reference

You can enter your own data in this field. Here, you can enter the number that is used by the business partner to manage the transaction or the number from your source list.

  • Expenses key
  

Trading

  • Trader

Name of the trader who concluded the transaction.

  • Exchange
  

Order: Here you see the limit data from the order (or you enter it later)

  • Order date
  
  • Limit price

Enter the limit price.

  • Limit type

Enter the required limit type.

You create the limit types in Customizing for the securities area by choosing Define Order Limit Checks. The limit type determines the values for which the limit check takes place.

  • Limit date

Enter the limit date.

 A warning message appears if you specified limit data when you entered the order, and your entries for the contract differ from these values.

Reservation

  • Date
  
  • Reason

Choose one of the reasons available.

You define the reservation reasons in Customizing by choosing Define Reservation Reasons.
