Displaying the Results in a Report

Use

In the previous procedure, you copied actual data from periods 001.1999 – 008.1999 to next year’s planning periods 001.2000 – 008.2000. You now display the newly copied plan data.

Procedure

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

    From the Profitability Analysis screen, choose Information System ® Execute Report

    Transaction Code

  2. Enter the following data:

  3. Choose .

    4. On the Selection: Planning and Forecast screen, you can enter the report selection parameters. The parameters from the report should appear as default values.

  4. If they do not appear, enter the following data:

  5. Choose .

    6. The report displays the last year actuals in the first column and the copied plan data in the second column.

    Note that the plan data is slightly higher than the actual data. This is because the revaluation increased the plan values by 5%.

  6. Choose until the overview tree appears.
  7. In the dialog box,choose Yes.
