Sections - Material Master Record (General)
[TAKE_OVER_MATERIAL ]
In the [TAKE_OVER_MATERIAL] section, you can assign the SAP database fields of the master material record to the AutoCAD attribute fields or AutoCAD database fields that you want to use for referencing purposes. You can use all of the AutoCAD attributes and AutoCAD database fields listed here to transfer values from the CAD system to the SAP system, or to receive values from the SAP system. One object entry is made for each AutoCAD attribute. The identifiers of the objects of the section are the AutoCAD attribute names. A SAP field name can be entered as the object value. The meaning of the object identifiers will depend on how AutoCAD is configured. The value type is always "String".
Example of what the [TAKE_OVER_MATERIAL] section might look like:
[SAP]= dwg=1 edit=1
[TAKE_OVER_MATERIAL]= dwg=1 edit=1
0 [GenCfgString]= "" dwg=0 edit=1 Object 1
1 [GenCfgString]= "" dwg=0 edit=1 Object 2
...
11 [GenCfgString]= "MATERIAL" dwg=0 edit=1 Object 12

Any AutoCAD attributes that are not referenced are of no relevance to the AutoCAD-SAP interface.
The SAP field for the material number must always reference an AutoCAD attribute.
Only the SAP fields listed in the field sets assigned to the processes "MATRQ", "MATCR" and "MATCH" can be referenced. The field set names defined for the process in question can be found in the file called "cadcimr3.dat".
Example of what the file section for the process "MATRQ" might look like:
...
MATRQ CL D MTRQLIS
MATRQ MR D MTRQDAT
MATRQ MR U MTRQDAT
MATRQ RL D MTRQLIS
...
The "cadcimr3.dat" file is structured as follows:
