Defining Control Parameters (Table TCIS)
Use
You define the control parameters for the SAP-CAD dialog interface in this table. If this table already exists in your system, please consult your SAP system administrator before making any changes. This is because other programs in the company might use the settings specified.

Number assignment and reservations
You can specify whether internal and/or external number assignment should be used for the following objects:
Material is the only object of real importance to the AutoCAD-SAP interface. The way in which material number reservation is carried out does not affect the AutoCAD-SAP interface.
Debugging parameters
You can use the debugging parameters to specify the modes used for processing the SAP transactions that are called up if you start the CAD interface by using report RCCADI10. You can also specify the line length used to import simulated CAD data from the standard text.
Another parameter enables you to specify the line length for outputting the data strings exchanged between the external system and the SAP System. In addition to all this, you can specify whether the data strings exchanged between the external system and the SAP System during a real online connection should be logged in the SAP System.
