Process Flow
Personnel time planning determines long-term and operative work schedules for employees.
After the infrastructure for personnel time recording has been set up, employees’ time data is entered. In addition to personnel times, additional specifications can be entered, which are then made available for the external case procedures Allocation of external services, Internal activity allocation, and Payroll.
The core case procedure of Personnel Time Management is day evaluation, whereby the recorded personnel time specifications and the specifications from personnel time planning are evaluated. Further case procedures are the determination of absence entitlements, compensation of absence entitlements, and the transfer of personnel times. The results of the case procedures are managed and updated in personnel time accounts.
Personnel time evaluation messages are generated in exceptional circumstances. Processing the messages can lead to corrections to personnel time specifications, personnel time quota statements, personnel time transfers, or personnel time planning specifications for the employee concerned.
The employee receives a time statement with a clear layout of all the recorded personnel times and the results of the case procedures.
