Program BPCARRY0 supports you during the maintenance of the budget structure by transferring the last valid budget structure into the target year. In doing so, you save yourself the renewed maintenance of BS objects already maintained.

You use this function to redefine a BS and use the old BS as a model. You can use the new BS for all further fiscal years and simultaneously keep the old BS available in the system without change.
