Displaying the Capacity Load 

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

    From the Production node, choose Capacity Planning ® Evaluation ® Work Center View ® Load

  2. Enter the following data:

  3. Choose .

    4. The available capacity and the capacity load is displayed split up according to weeks.

    You can also change the settings to a monthly period.

  4. To do so, choose Settings ® General.
  5. In the dialog box, enter the following data:

  6. Choose .
  7. Select the month in which your orders must be processed and choose Cap. details/period.

    8. Your orders are displayed.

  8. Select an order (line) and choose Order header.
  9. Choose .

    10. The operations are displayed along with the corresponding times and the start and finish date that apply to your work center.

  10. Choose until you return to the Capacity Planning: Standard Overview screen.
  11. To change the period to be evaluated, choose Settings ® General.
  12. In the dialog box, enter the following data:

    14. The screen now appears with the new settings.
