Converting the Planned Order into a Collective Order

  3. Choose for your planned order.
  4. In the dialog box, choose -> Prod.ord.

    5. The system displays each generated production order with its own system status.

  5. Double-click a material (production order).
  6. To display the current components, choose .

  8. To display the current operations, choose .
  9. Choose .
  10. To analyze the operations schedule, choose Goto ® Graphic ® Gantt chart.
  11. Choose .

    12. In the dialog box, choose Yes.

  12. Choose to get to the Production Order Create: Collective Order Overview screen.

    Repeat this step for other materials (production orders).

    15. You see that the planned order has now been converted into a production order (PrdOrd). Make a note of the production order number.

  16. Now switch to a component in the BOM. To do this, enter the following data:

  18. Choose until the overview tree appears.
