Converting the Planned Order into a Production Order 

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

    From the MRP node, choose Evaluations ® Stock/Requirements List

    Transaction Code

  2. Enter the following data:

  3. Choose .
  4. Choose for your planned order.
  5. In the dialog box, choose -> Prod. order (Convert planned order into production order).

    6. If a dialog box should appear, choose .

  6. Choose .

    7. You see the material components.

  7. Choose .
  8. Choose .

    9. You now see the operations.

  9. Make a note of the final operation in the list.
  10. Choose .
  11. To release the order, choose .

    12. The system informs you that the release has been carried out.

  12. To display the operation scheduling overview, choose Goto ® Graphic ® Gantt chart.
  13. Choose and Yes to return to the Production Order Create: Header screen.
  14. To display the current order status, choose .
  15. Choose .
  16. Choose .

    17. The system informs you that scheduling has been carried out.

  17. Choose .
  18. Make a note of this production order number.
  19. Choose .

    20. You see that the planned order has now been converted into a production order.

  20. Choose until the overview tree appears.
