Displaying Deliveries 

Procedure

  1. Choose Logistics or Accounting ® Project System ® Material ® Execution ® Delivery from project.

An entry screen appears.

  1. Enter the project definition, for which you want to see the deliveries that have been created.
  2. Choose Deliveries.

    3. An overview of the deliveries appears.

  3. Select a delivery and choose Select.

An overview appears with the quantities of the delivery items.

Result

You can branch from the overview to distribution where you can edit the deliveries, for instance

Every time you change the quantities, an availability check is carried out. However you cannot add new items that have a reference to reservations in the project. If you want to deliver further material components from a project, create a new delivery from the project
