Use
Using the report ESS Name and Address Changes: Creation of IT0367-Records ( RPIELDA0_ESS ) you can evaluate the changes that your employees have made in name and address using the corresponding ESS-Scenerio.
- You can display the changes and create corresponding records for SI-Notification Supplements A infotype (0367) in order to generate corresponding ELDA data records.
- You can check whether ELDA data records exist for all SI-Notification Supplements A infotype (0367) records, and, if required, generate the missing records.
To run this report, choose the following path from the SAP Easy Access screen: Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Austria -> Subsequent Activities -> Period-Dependent -> Reporting -> Electronic Data Exchange (ELDA) -> Check ELDA Records.
