You can set the printer in the condition record, so that the message can be printed without dialog (this is particularly important in immediate processing). Choose Communication in the condition record and enter the printer as the output device in the subsequent screen. Here, you also have the possibility to enter a function module (Layout module) in place of a SAPscript form for print formatting.
