Assign Forms and Programs

In this step, you assign SAPScript forms and programs to individual message types. Forms control the layout and content of documents output. Programs control how messages are processed.

Standard Settings

In the standard system, each message type is already assigned to a form and program. The following settings apply, independent of the transmission medium:

Activities

• Check the form assignment for each message type.

• If you have defined your own forms, assign these to the required message types.

Further Notes

• No forms is required for MAIL messages; you maintain the MAIL text in the "Maintain message types" step.

• Programs and FORM routines cannot be changed in Customizing.
