Enhancements in
Reporting for Inventory Management
Use
For Release 4.6C the following reports have
been functionally enhanced in Reporting for Inventory Management:
- GR/IR List of Balances (RM07MSAL)
On the initial
screen, you can use the Final delivery items also indicator
to define whether final delivery items are to be included in the selection. By
removing the final delivery items from the selection, you can prevent
performance problems from occurring when you have a large number of documents
to check (for example, in SAP Retail).
- Stock Consistency Check (RM07KO01)
The initial screen
contains the following new functions:
- You can use the Materials from last
run indicator to add to the selection criteria inconsistent materials
that were found in a previous run and thereby include them in the next
check.
- You can use the Key for other
examination results indicator to create a worklist in the system for
all inconsistent materials that are found every time the report is run. When
you run the report the next time, you can call up the worklist again and
specifically re-check the inconsistent materials.
- RM07RESL (List of Reservations)
This report
supersedes the report Reservation for account assignment
(RM07RKON). The transaction code is MB25 as before. This new report also
replaces the old report Reservations for material (RM07RMAT,
transaction code MB24), which has been dropped.
- RM07II31 (Batch Input: Create Phys. Inv. Docmt
for Standard Stock)
RM07IE31 (Batch Input: Create Phys. Inv. Docmt for Sales Order)
RM07IK31 (Batch Input: Create Phys. Inv. Docmt for Vendor Consignment)
RM07IM31 (Batch Input: Create Phys. Inv. Docmt for RTP Stock)
RM07IO31 (Batch Input: Create Phys. Inv. Docmt for Provision of Matl)
RM07IQ31 (Batch-Input: Create Phys. Inv. Docmt for Project)
RM07IV31 (Create Phys. Inv. Docmt for Returnable Packaging at Customer)
RM07IW31 (Create Phys. Inv. Docmt for Customer Consignment)
This report offers
you the following options and functions:
- When checking the physical inventory
indicator, the report checks for each material whether the last physical
inventory took place in the current period or in the previous period. If the
last physical inventory did not take place in the current period, the material
is included in the output list.
- On the initial screen, you can use pushbuttons
to hide selection criteria (selection by stock level and stock type and
selection by grouping criteria) if you do not have to change the standard
settings.
- From the initial screen, you can create batch
input sessions and physical inventory documents directly for the selected
materials without having to display the output list.
- In the output list, you can select materials
for which you want to create a batch input session or directly create physical
inventory documents. You can display and process the batch input sessions from
the output list. You can display the created physical inventory documents in
an overview list.
