In the Issues substructure, you can draw up reports for all or for specific issues, using different criteria.

• To create a report for all issues, choose Reports® Issues ® All issues in the Q&Adb menu bar.
• To create a report for only the issues that appear on the lower right screen area, select Reports ® Issues ® Current view.
• To create a report for all issues, choose Reports® Issues ® All issues in the menu bar.

• Generating a report for a specific issue

• In the Q&Adb, select the Issues substructure.
• Open one of the views on the upper right screen area.
• On the lower right screen area, select the relevant issue and double-click to open the Issue Editor.
• Select beside the Issue title field on the top right of the screen.

Structure of reports on issues

• Issue name and ID
• Name of the person who entered the issue, date it was entered, required and actual resolution date
• Classification, project phase, priority, status, person responsible, linked documents
• Description of the issue and how it will impact on project progress
• Change log
• Log of calculation of effort
