Define Status
Management in Order Types
In this IMG activity, you specify the use of
status management for your objects.
If you have defined user statuses in addition
to the standard statuses in the system, then assign your objects to the
required status profiles or transaction groups.
- For internal orders, production
orders, and networks, enter the key for your status profile in the
"Status profile" field in the order type.
If you wish to make
postings to an order immediately after creating it, without making any checks,
then choose "Release immediately".
- For projects, enter the key
for your status profile in the "Status prof-Def" or "Status
prof-WBS" field.
- For investment programs,
enter the status profile in the program type.
