Payroll Infotypes for Evaluating Payroll Results 

Use

If you want to evaluate payroll results using the InfoSet query, you must use the relevant payroll infotype. In addition to these payroll infotypes, which are valid internationally (for example, Periodical Values (0402)), there are other payroll infotypes, which are valid for one country and are set up for this specific country.

You use the payroll infotype to make the payroll results available to the InfoSet query for evaluation. The system saves the data in the transparent tables for the payroll infotypes. Special wage types, Evaluation Wage Types, are available for this purpose. The payroll infotypes are either directly filled by the payroll driver for a country or are filled by report RPABRI00 (Fill Payroll Infotypes).

For Release 46C, SAP has set up the following evaluation wage types for other countries:

• /101 (Gross pay)

• /550 (Net pay)

• /559 (Payment amount)

You can add user-defined evaluation wage types in Customizing.

You perform the following activities in Customizing, under Personnel Management -> Human Resources Information System -> Payroll Results:

• Define Evaluation Wage Types

• Assign Wage Types

• Set Up Payroll Infotypes

• Set Up Assignment to Payroll
