Prerequisites
Each data transfer object has fields that must be filled when the data is transferred. Relevant fields are all the mandatory fields in the online transaction, for example, those that must be filled before saving a document. As these relevant fields must be filled with data at the time of the data transfer, you must identify these fields.
From Release 4.5A, this step is supported by a function that automatically records the relevant F1 help fields. The advantage of this is that fields in the transfer file can be automatically identified.
Procedure
The fields entered are recorded in the background and after they have been saved, they are displayed in a list.

In addition to the mandatory fields in the online transaction, there are additional object-specific data fields with administration information that should also be filled with the data transfer. These additional fields are described in the application-specific documentation with the structuring rules for the transfer file.
