Releasing 

Once all the tests have been completed, the BAPIs and all their associated development objects can be released for customers to use. But they can only be released if the following conditions are fulfilled:

The documentation has been fully completed.

There are no consistency errors.

The BFA AG contact person has authorized the release.

The quality manager has authorized the release.

Process Flow

You have to carry out the following steps:

Release the BAPI Function Module in the Function Builder.

Release the Business Object Type in the BOR.

Release the BAPI as a method in the BOR.

With write BAPIs release the IDoc and its segments.
