Saving Graphic Settings

Description

Settings can be saved for the following types of graphics

1. Hierarchy graphic

2. 2D graphic for a row or column

3. 3D graphic

4. A hierarchy graphic is used in the report portfolio ('Report class overview'). Until now, you could only make certain settings for the display of the hierarchy graphic and you had to maintain these in advance and outside the graphic.
In Release 3.0, you can save almost all graphic settings in the graphic. When you call the graphic again, it is started with these parameters. You maintain these settings under 'Change user groups'. The graphic contains the additional pushbutton 'Save settings' when you call it from this maintenance transaction. The only parameters that are not saved are window size and window position as well as the positioning of the scroll bar.

5. You save these graphics in the same way as the hierarchy graphic. The settings are saved for a function within the report. You can, for example, save settings to be used for '2D graphic - row' and other settings to be used for '2D graphic - column'.
