Time Management InfoSet Divided 

Use

The Time Management InfoSet, which groups together all relevant fields from the Master Data, Time Management, and simulated infotypes for Time Management, has been split into smaller InfoSets to make it easier to use. There is now, in addition to the global InfoSet, an InfoSet for each Time Management infotype and each simulated infotype for Time Management.

Each individual InfoSet defines a view specific to the corresponding infotype.

You create your own queries on the basis of these InfoSets using the SAP Query or InfoSet Query .
The following standard queries are available as of the new release:

• Attendances: List query

• Absences: List query

• Employee Remuneration Information query

• Time and Labor query

These queries can be accessed from:

• The query maintenance function. In the SAP Easy Access menu, choose SAP Standard Menu -> Tools -> ABAP Workbench -> Utilities -> SAP Query -> Queries (Work area: Global area, user group: /SAPQUERY/HT)

• The roles SAP_HR_PT_TIME-ADMINISTRATOR and SAP_HR_PT_TIME-SUPERVISOR
