Navigating Within a Report

Use

From the report output of one report you can also display a different report. You can also navigate within different column blocks.

Procedure

If your report group contains more than one report, you can display another report included in the report group by choosing Goto ® Other report.

Navigating in Column Blocks

In large reports that contain several row and column blocks, you can navigate within the report using the Goto ® Position ® Pages/Sections/Columns functions.

These functions allow you to locate and display a specific report page, report section, or column block.

You can navigate within the column blocks of a report using the functions Goto ® Scroll horizontally ® To the far left/Page left/Page right/To the far right.

Navigating with the Navigation Bar

In the report output, you can turn on the navigation bar in the left-hand screen area. Choose Settings ® Options. In the Options dialog box, select Display navigation bar (in the General settings group). You can use this navigation bar to navigate within the reports of the report group and in the variation reports.
