Interface Configuration

Batch records must comply with international standards such as the guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the pharmaceutical and food-processing industries. The R/3 System meets this requirement as follows, for example:

• Batch records are stored in an optical archive where they cannot be forged.

• Batch records are approved using a digital signature or a signature strategy.

External content servers and security systems are required for this.
