Codigo de Empresa 

For DME, some Brazilian banks require a bank-internal company code ID. The respective field in the bank file layout is called Codigo da empresa.

This applies, for example, to Banco Bradesco and is particularly important in the context of DME file reception from Banco Bradesco because here the link to the relevant general ledger bank accounts is made through the Codigo da empresa (see Automatic Bank File Reception).

You can maintain the bank-internal company code by choosing Financial accounting ® General ledger accounting ® Bank related accounting ® Bank related accounting business transactions ® Bank transaction ® Define DME user Ids

Maintain only bank, bank account and ID and leave payment method blank.

For a given Codigo da empresa, only one account number may be maintained. If you have several accounts at one bank, you must use a different ID for each account.
