Description

Deposit and Loan Management includes the following functions:

• Entering deposits and loans as payment advice notes (memo records)

• Editing deposit and loan advice notes (displaying, changing, deleting)

• Displaying advice notes with calculated interest and exchange rate gains or losses resulting from foreign currency translation

• Analyzing accounts and displaying totals

• Creating interest advice notes

• Posting deposits and loans

• Posting the closing of deposits, loans and interest

• Archiving deposit/loan advice notes and interest advice notes when posting the closing

• Posting interest accruals
