Accessing the Pull List by Assembly

Use

This procedure describes how to access the pull list by assembly.

Procedure

  1. Starting from the main Repetitive Manufacturing menu, choose Material staging ® Pull list - trigger replenishment. If you are accessing the pull list via shop floor control, choose Goods movements ® Material staging ® Pull list.
  2. The initial screen for the pull list appears, in which you can choose which selection criteria are to be used to select requirements.

  3. Choose a Staging type to restrict the selection.
  4. For example, this means you can choose WM release order parts so that the system only selects these parts and automatically switches to the view for WM release order parts.

  5. Now, enter a plant and the selection period.
  6. Choose the appropriate tab page.
  7. Enter the pegged requirement, that is, the assembly.
  8. You can restrict the selection further, for example, by entering a production line if the assembly is produced on several lines.

  9. Define the Global Settings.
  10. You can make basic settings in the Global Settings. For example, you can set the system so that components that are procured using KANBAN are not displayed in the list, or that only components that have missing parts are displayed. If you do not select the last field, then all components for an assembly will be displayed in the list. You also define the dialog control and automate the print.

  11. Choose Execute.

The pull list appears.
