As of Release 3.0, you can write change documents for certain inspection characteristics in order to document any changes to results that have already been recorded.

In this way, it is possible to continuously keep track of all the changes made to an inspection characteristic in an inspection lot.
Change documents are written for characteristics and samples . Change documents are not maintained for single values since it is possible to document any changes made here via the attribute indicator.
