The Appraisals Where Appraisee and Appraisals Where Appraiser subprofiles enable you to manage, create, display, and evaluate appraisals.

You use the Appraisals Where Appraisee and Appraisals Where Appraiser subprofiles to:
Structure
When you create an appraisal, you can give it a name of your choice so that it can be identified uniquely.
This is the final result for appraisals that have been completed, or the latest interim result for appraisals that are currently being processed.
Depending on the proficiency scale involved, this displays the unit used for the rating, or a user-definable proficiency text.
Shows whether a note has been defined for the corresponding appraisal model. The note in question can be displayed by clicking on the corresponding icon.
Shows the stage of completion of an appraisal.
Shows the key date on which the appraisal was created.
Shows the period for which the planning object is to be appraised.
You can also evaluate the appraisals displayed in the Appraisals subprofiles. You can:
