Effectivity
Definition
This indicator ensures that you can assign values to the effectivity data
of parameter effectivities when you explode an assembly or a
finished product.
Use
If the indicator is set, you can perform the following functions when you
explode the assembly or finished product:
- Assign values to the parameters for an effectivity type
This determines the conditions under which a
change status is effective.
- Simulate a change number as effective
You define the changes of a change number as
effective, irrespective of:
- Effectivity data (values assigned to the parameters)
