As of Release 4.5A, two additional fields, the
Grouping for attendance/absence reasons and the Grouping for employee expenditures, are available in this infotype.
If you have the previous version of CC1 (version as of Release 3.0A) in operation, the groupings contain the same values to keep the data consistent.
The off-site work authorization indicator in infotype 0050 is no longer supported. In order for an employee to enter an off-site time event type, he or she must first be assigned to an off-site work type event group containing these time event types. The indicator is then activated during the download of the HR mini-master record.
For each grouping that contains off-site time event types, an additional grouping must be created that does not contain off-site time event types. If the employee does not possess off-site work authorization, he or she is then assigned to this group.
