Maintain Statistics Groups for Transportation Service Agent

In this step, you define the statistics groups that can be used for the assignment of individual transportation service agents.

The assignment of statistics groups to transportation service agents is carried out in the maintenance of the transportation service agent master record (screen "Control").

Activities

1. Determine which groups of service agents should influence the statistics update.

2. Define the statistics groups as follows:

a) Enter a one character alphanumeric key in the field StG (Statistics group: Transportation service agent)

b) Enter an explanatory text for each statistics group in the field Description.

3. Ensure that the statistics groups are being entered in the service agents master records.
